Cozen O’Connor Public Strategies has added 10 new lobbying clients, including the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority — which oversees public transit in the Philadelphia area — and the California Children’s Hospital Association. The firm will lobby for coronavirus relief funding for both clients, according to disclosure filings.
