Kenneth Fisher Named to City & State New York’s Real Estate Power 100

New York, March 30, 2020 Ken Fisher, a member of Cozen O'Connor’s Business Law Department, was named to City & State New York’s Real Estate Power 100. The list identifies the key executives, elected officials, appointees, advocates, and others involved in real estate development and public policy who help shape New York’s real estate industry. Fisher was recognized for his work as an attorney, government relations professional, and voice in the media on issues concerning the industry. 
 
Fisher concentrates his practice on the public realm of the New York metropolitan area with a focus on real estate development, regulatory law, litigation, and investigations. He is a former New York City Council Member and served as founding chair of the New York City Chapter of the New York League of Conservation Voters and was founding chair of the Governors Island Alliance. He also serves on the board of the Brooklyn Chamber of Commerce and is chair of the Brooklyn Bar Association Committee on Government & the Public Sector.
