MIAMI, July 15, 2020 — Jason Domark, member of the firm’s Commercial Litigation department, has been appointed to the Board of Directors for the Estate Planning Council of Greater Miami. The Estate Planning Council of Greater Miami is the premier local organization for all professionals involved in the estate planning process. Since 1949 it has conducted high quality seminars and meetings for the sole mission of educating its members and promoting best practices. The council provides an active forum for networking with the best practitioners in the field.
Jason focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, with an emphasis on international litigation, fiduciary litigation, and real estate related litigation. Jason has created and managed worldwide litigation strategies for multinational corporations and individuals in disputes involving U.S., European, South American, Caribbean, and Asian jurisdictions. Jason frequently litigates fiduciary duty issues for corporations, partnerships, trusts, professionals, and other entities and individuals. Jason has also represented numerous developers, contractors, and land owners in all manner of real estate related disputes, including construction and design issues, delay claims, turnover litigation, easement rights, and eminent domain proceedings.
