Vivien Krieger joined the Urban Land Institute Technical Assistance Panel in collaboration with the Bronx Community Board Four (Bronx CB4) to create a report outlining the impact of the future New York Football Club stadium. The two-day study brought together a panel of development, design, finance, and legal professionals to assess the potential impact of the stadium. Following the study, the panel compiled their findings into a report that addresses effects the stadium could have on the community and provided suggestions to maximize the benefits of the development.
