Wickliff is board certified in Labor and Employment law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, and he has substantial experience handling cases in such diverse industries as airline, banking, chemical, clothing, construction, energy, entertainment, financial services, grocery, health care, hospitality, insurance, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, railroad, restaurant, retail, sales, transportation, waste disposal, and wholesale. Wickliff has received training from the American Arbitration Association as an arbitrator and mediator, focusing on labor, employment and commercial disputes. He also handles employment investigations.
