Greg Fliszar has been named a co-chair of the American Bar Association’s Joint Opioid Task Force (Opioid Task Force). The Opioid Task Force comprises leadership from the American Bar Association’s Senior Lawyer Division and Health Law Section to collaborate on confronting the opioid epidemic through programmatic and policy efforts.

Greg focuses his practice on health law and handles a variety of health law litigation and regulatory and compliance matters for a number of different types of health care providers, including hospitals, hospices, and behavioral health providers. He has significant experience with HIPAA and data privacy issues and has counseled insurance company clients on understanding their obligations under the Medicare Secondary Payer Act. Prior to attending law school, Greg worked as a doctoral level clinical psychologist in inpatient and outpatient settings and was a clinical instructor of psychiatry at the MCP-Hahnemann School of Medicine.
