Joe Tilson shared his experience as chair of the ABA Labor and Employment section with the Chicago Daily Law Bulletin. Joe discussed making real progress on diversity and inclusion in the section by increasing the number of in-house counsel, building young lawyer constituency, and growing membership among minorities and women. Joe also discusses the continued growth of Cozen O'Connor's Labor and Employment practice and pinpoints some of the new laws that will impact employers and employees.
