Wilmington, Del.— April 3, 2019 — Thomas J. Francella and Frederick E. Schmidt, Jr., members of Cozen O’Connor’s Bankruptcy, Insolvency & Restructuring Practice have been retained to represent the Official Unsecured Creditors’ Committee (the Committee) of Warrior Custom Golf, Inc., Warrior Acquisitions, LLC and affiliated entities (Warrior) in their Chapter 11 proceedings.

Warrior filed voluntary petitions for Chapter 11 relief in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas Laredo Division to facilitate its reorganization. During this time, its custom golf business and nationwide portfolio of stunning public courses remain open for business. The company will work with the Committee during this time as it works to maximize value for all stakeholders.

“We look forward to working with Tom and his team as we move through the reorganization process,” said Jeremy Rosenthal, Warrior’s Chief Restructuring Officer and partner with Force 10 Partners. “We believe that this process provides the best opportunity to maximize recovery for all stakeholders.”
