Attorney: 'OK, Boomer' phrase used at work could violate federal protections

Joseph Sirbak spoke with Fox25 OKC about  the consequences when saying the phrase "OK, boomer." Sirbak warns that even if you don't mean it as insult, saying, "OK, boomer," at work could violate federal protections. "Under the Age Discrimination and Employment Act, discrimination of employees over the age of 40 is just as illegal as discriminating against someone on the basis of sex or discriminating on the basis of race," he explained.
