Suzanne Mayes Recognized for Contributing to Philadelphia’s Growth by Commercial Real Estate Women

Philadelphia (September 12, 2018) — Suzanne S. Mayes, co-chair of Cozen O'Connor’s Public & Project Finance Practice and vice chair of the Business Law Department, has been recognized for significantly contributing to the growth of the Philadelphia landscape by Commercial Real Estate Women Philadelphia (CREW). Mayes is among 20 women being honored at the November 16 luncheon. The honorees have contributed to the past, present, and future growth of the Philadelphia region and hail from all sectors that contribute to CREW’s membership base, including architecture, engineering, construction, banking, legal, owners, and leadership.

Mayes focuses her practice on municipal and project finance, particularly in the areas of economic development, transportation, infrastructure, education, and housing. She is an active member of numerous government and nonprofit boards, and a former member of Cozen O’Connor’s board of directors. She earned her Bachelor of Science from Fairfield University, and is a magna cum laude graduate of the University of Pennsylvania Law School.

The luncheon will be held on November 16, 2018 at the Philadelphia Convention Center.
