Stephen Pate, of Cozen O'Connor's Global Insurance department, was quoted in the Business Insurance article, Marijuana Insurers in Holding Patter After Sessions Memo. The article discusses the memo sent out by Attorney General Jess Sessions which is making some insurers leave the insurance market. Stephen is quoted saying, "to date I haven't seen anything that indicates to me they've done anything to try to enforce the federal marijuana laws."
