Our Labor & Employment department was featured in an article by the Chicago Daily Law Bulletin discussing the growth of the department since the 2015 merger with MBT. "Even prior to the merger, it was part of Cozen O'Connor's strategic plan to build a national labor and employment law practice. That had been established as a priority a couple of years before the merger," says Joe Tilson, co-chair of the department. Most recently, the labor & employment department was greatly expanded with the addition of about 20 attorneys from Pittsburgh-based Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney P.C.
