Mark Alderman, chairman of Cozen O'Connor Public Strategies, appeared on Fox News on the Martha MacCallum show in a segment called President Trump Frustrated with Bureaucracy of Running Washington. Mark is quoted saying, "It's never too soon to expect competence from your Commander in Chief." He goes further to explain that President Trump does not have the patience for his position.
