NEW YORK, August 2, 2017 – Geoffrey D. Ferrer, vice chair of Cozen O’Connor’s Transportation & Trade Practice Group and office managing partner of the New York Downtown Office, has been sworn in as a member of the Republic of the Marshall Islands bar becoming one of only 54 admitted and active Marshall Islands attorneys.

He focuses on U.S. and non-U.S. flag shipping matters, all aspects of asset-based lending, including ship finance and equipment leasing. Ferrer also provides maritime advice in connection with shipping related mergers and acquisitions, as well as securities offerings for publically traded corporations and limited partnership.
