Jillian believes, "they have the consumer protection statutes that give them the ability to do that where they might be able to get a quicker settlement rather than a plaintiff going [through] the bellwether process." "I think we will keep seeing these in the future," Jillian said. "From the state attorney general's point of view, there's nothing stopping them."
