Stephen Cozen spoke with The Legal Intelligencer following Congress’s release of the previously classified 28 pages of the 2002 9/11 Commission Report. Cozen, as well as others, have fought for the release of these 28 pages hoping they would shed light on what, if any, role Saudi Arabia played in the terror attacks of Sept. 11, 2001. “The credibility of our assertions in this case has been given a huge boost,” Stephen said. “I am hopeful that, now that we’ve gotten the 28 pages, we will be able to get [declassified] from the government … any of the other documents referred to in the 28 pages that would lead to the discovery of admissible evidence.”
