Leslie Hulburt and David Brisco, members of Cozen O’Connor’s San Diego Subrogation & Recovery department, were featured in the Super Lawyers Magazine on the 2016 San Diego Rising Stars list. Leslie and David received the recognition of General Litigation Rising Stars. To be eligible for inclusion in Rising Stars, candidates must be either 40 years old or younger or in practice for 10 years or less. While up to 5 percent of lawyers in a state are named to Super Lawyers, no more than 2.5 percent are named to Rising Stars.
