Kristi Zentner and Heather Marx presented “Contracting for Trade Compliance: Clauses, Controls, and Risk Management” at the Advanced Contracts seminar with the Minnesota CLE. The session examined strategies for evaluating import practices and concrete options to help structure contracts to minimize tariff and duty exposure. Kristi and Heather provided attendees with an improved knowledge of both the obstacles and opportunities of doing business abroad.
