Jonathan Echmalian will speak on two panels at the 2025 NBAA Schedulers & Dispatchers Conference.
Jonathan will speak on the “U.S. Customs and Border Protection Hot Topics” panel. He will discuss building relationships with schedulers, dispatchers, and other aviation professionals through shared purpose, identify improvement opportunities, and document areas for future collaboration.
He will also participate in the “Working Together—CBP and Industry Roundtable” discussion. This session will focus on attendees’ pain points, upcoming changes, and how CBP, schedulers, and dispatchers can work together to improve the customs experience for operators, passengers clients, and everyone involved.
