Jeff Vogel will speak on the panel “Making Buy America Work for Our Industry” at the National Association of Waterfront Employers (NAWE) 2023 Annual Conference. Jeff will discuss the challenges and opportunities faced by marine terminal operators (MTOs) when seeking federal funding for terminal improvements subject to Buy American Act (BAA) restrictions. He will also discuss the implications of such BAA restrictions and explore ways that MTOs can partner with equipment manufacturers to find BAA-compliant solutions to meet their needs.
