Thomas Casparian will speak on the panel “From Florida to California: Manufactured Housing” at the 2023 MHI Congress and Expo. Thomas will discuss the duties of park management and their role in failure to maintain lawsuits, as well as how to address ADA violations, fair housing issues, rent control, and local/state impediments imposed on MHC operations.
