Philip T. Carroll and Dan D'Imperio of National Subrogation Services and Matthew K. Parsons and Donald E. Mikel of Donan Engineering will present the Cozen O'Connor webinar, "Evidence - A Day in the Life."

In this webinar, attendees will learn about the importance of identifying and preserving evidence in support of subrogation and recovery cases. Video footage of a piece of evidence being tested in a lab facility will be shown during the webinar. Participants will see first-hand how these types of tests are conducted. The webinar will also discuss the chain of custody and spoliation issues that can impact subrogation efforts.
