Neil Quartaro will moderate two round table discussions at the 38th Annual Connecticut Maritime Association Shipping Conference and Exhibition. This is the largest international shipping event in North America, giving delegates the opportunity to network and learn the latest industry insights and marketing innovations.
Neil will moderate the “Sanctions” round table. The panelists will discuss the evolving sanctions regimes that impact all aspects of international trade and transport and areas of concern for lawful businesses doing their best to comply and avoid civil penalties, criminal fines, and designation to the OFAC SDN list.
Neil will also moderate the “Insurance & Risk Management” round table. The panelists will discuss the relationship between operators, insurers, and lawyers and the importance of collaboration and consultancy.
