Wayne Rohde will speak on the panel “The Ocean Shipping Reform Act of 2022- A discussion between shipper and carrier counsel on its potential impact” at the Association of Transportation Law Professionals 2022 Transportation Forum. Earlier this year, Congress passed the Ocean Shipping Reform Act (OSRA) of 2022, which targets many ocean shipping challenges.
