Daniel Q. Harrington will speak on the panel “Practical Considerations Related to Health Law, Employment Law, and Ethical Obligations” for part 3 of the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s Dobbs series. The panel will address a variety of topics including legal issues for patients and providers; employment-related issues; ethical issues for attorneys related to unlawful practice and/or advising related to potential criminal activity etc.
