Neil Quartaro will moderate the panel “Effective and Ethical Advocacy: A View from the Bench” at the New York State Bar Association’s 2022 London Global Conference. The panelists will discuss how various approaches to advocacy are received by the bench and the best practices for arguing on behalf of a client. The panelists will also discuss different writing and argument styles dealing with difficult opponents and avoiding ethical and other pitfalls.
