Vivien Krieger will participate in the Urban Land Institute Technical Assistance Panel in collaboration with the Bronx Community Board Four (Bronx CB4). The two-day study will bring together a panel of development, design, finance, and legal professionals to assess the potential impact of the future New York Football Club stadium. The panel will study the site, the briefing materials provided by Bronx CB4, and interview a wide variety of community stakeholders. Following the study, the panel will compile their findings into a report that will address the effects the stadium could have on the community and provide suggestions to maximize the benefits of the development.
