Pete Fontaine discusses evidentiary issues arising from the special challenges of sampling and analysis of PFAS compounds at the 22nd Annual California Certified Unified Program Agencies (CUPAs) Forum. Pete’s presentation will focus on some of the practical challenges of PFAS sampling and analysis protocols that could impact on the reliability of data used in enforcement and cost-recovery proceedings. The conference provides training in subjects related to enhancing the Unified Program implementation and improving consistency and coordination between the CUPAs and participating agencies throughout California.
