Through the use of real-world evidence, Sarah and Jake will discuss vehicle defects resulting in fires, wheel/hub separations, and unintended acceleration. They will show how to use resources available through NHTSA and other government documents (including recall information) and provide specific strategies and techniques to use in pursuing recovery.
