Irene Yesowitch and Greg Hudson, both of the Global Insurance Department, will present a webinar titled "Extracontractual Claims -- Recent Case Law and Trends" on Wednesday, April 15. This webinar highlights recent case law regarding bad faith in the insurance context. The webinar will examine situations in which bad faith claims have been asserted, and how the courts have dealt with those claims.
