Leni Cummins will lead a presentation on how Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac lending guidelines impact condo boards at the New York State Bar Association Real Property Law Section’s Meeting of the Committee on Condominiums and Cooperatives. Leni will explain how condo buildings can be blacklisted by lenders that follow Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac guidelines and will provided information on how this can be avoided.
