Mark Vacha, a member of Cozen O'Connor's Project & Public Finance Practice Group, will be participating on a panel for the Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA) of Pennsylvania - Eastern Chapter's meeting. Mark will be discussing recent public finance developments with a focus on the impact of the tax reform on municipal bond financings, as well as recent securities law developments for public finance.
