Marc Goldsand, a member of Cozen O'Connor's Health Care practice group, Megan Scheib, a member of the firm's White Collar Defense & Investigations, and Sean Riley, a member of the firm's State Attorneys General practice group, will be speaking at this event in Washington, D.C. The Center for Telehealth and e-Health Law (CTeL) was established in 1995 as the only agnostic legal and regulatory telehealth research institute. In response to calls from key stakeholders in the then emerging field of telehealth, CTeL was created to provide vital support to the medical community on topics such as: physician and nurse licensure; credentialing and privileging; Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement; and private insurance payment policies relating to telehealth care.
