Jenny Goltz and Helen McFarland, both members of Cozen O'Connor's Labor & Employment department will be speaking at this event in San Francisco. Jenny will be a moderator on "#TimesUp for "Brotopia": Striving for Gender Equity in Tech." The panel will offer a variety of perspectives about gender equity in the tech industry. Helen will be a moderator for "Will Artificial Intelligence Replace the Need for Human Workers? How Employees Can Embrace AI to Augment Their Careers." This segment will analyze how AI has and will continue to, shape our workforce based on the technological predictions of employee performance and how to resolve unintended consequences of the same. Panelists also will explore how AI is being used in the legal profession to assist and streamline the practice of law.
