The 2018 Seattle Insurance Litigation Seminar will address emerging issues and substantive updates in issues relating to insurance coverage, subrogation, and commercial litigation. All significant tort cases issues by Washington appellate courts, as well as the significant coverage cases issued by courts in all states within the Pacific Northwest will be summarized and discussed. Subrogation arising from kitchen fires, personal liability for bad faith, and a guide to avoiding bad faith will be addressed. And the latest trends in claims related to employment law and technology law will be explored.
