Suzanne Mayes and Jonathan Ballan, co-chairs of the firm’s Public & Project Finance Practice; and Michael Klein, a member of the firm’s Utility, Environmental & Energy Practice, will present at the 2018 Bond Buyer Mid-Atlantic Municipal Market Conference in Philadelphia. Suzanne serves as the conference’s co-chair and will lead a presentation titled, “Current Regulatory Developments: Mark Up Rule Implementation & Other Considerations.” Jonathan will participate in a panel discussion titled, “Regional Transportation Focus.” And, Michael will participate in a panel discussion titled, “Infrastructure: A Focus on Water & Sewer Projects and Other Key Projects.”
