Meridith Moldenhauer, a member of Cozen O'Connor's Zoning, Land Use & Development Practice Group, will present on the art of negotiation for an architect at the third session of the Christopher Kelley Leadership Development Program. Meridith will discuss the need to negotiate during the zoning and entitlement process and include relevant examples.
