Matthew Siegel, of Cozen O'Connor's Global Insurance department, will present a webinar for Envista Forensics titled, "Ethical Use of Technology" with Lars Daniel, a principal consultant, digital forensics for Envista Forensics. This webinar will provide attendees an overview of different forms of technology, including social media/anti fraud analysis, computer forensics, and cell phone/mobile device phones. The course will discuss the growing use of various technological tools in claims investigations, and real life case studies will be utilized to illustrate best practices for claims and legal professionals utilizing digital evidence in their investigations.
