Melissa O'Loughlin White of the Global Insurance Department will be presenting at this Seattle University Law School event on a panel titled "Technology on Appeal." This event will take place in person and via live web stream and will cover the most important current issues in applellate law and include best practices with leading professionals and Justices and Judges from around the Washington state. Topics will include tips for brief writing and oral argument, a report on our approaching electronic filing system, and a discussion with our Chief Disciplinary Counsel on appellate ethics.
