About Gregory

After clerking for two years for Judge Donald E. Wieand of Superior Court, I served for 3.5 years as an associate or member of CO's defense litigation department. Since leaving CO in March 1989, I have served as a deputy to the General Counsel of PA in Harrisburg. During my time at PA's Office of General Counsel, I have served six PA governors -- Bob Casey, Tom Ridge, Mark Schweiker, Ed Rendell, Tom Corbett and Tom Wolf -- dozens of state executive agencies, and countless state executive officials and employees. During much of my tenure, I have served as OGC's litigation director. However, I have always gratefully regarded my early experience at CO to be most important to my professional development as a lawyer and litigator.
